Small demo fixes

Small fixes :
-fixed some translation-related bugs, including one that caused the amount of stars collected to be wrong

-workaround a rare bug in the level map where the camera would not return to the character after unlocking a close level, causing the character to be unable to move

Corrections mineures :
-résolution d'erreurs liées à la traduction, notamment une qui empêchait le compteur d'étoiles de fonctionner correctement

-solution temporaire pour une erreur rare qui bloquait le personnage sur la carte après avoir débloqué un niveau adjacent, à cause de la caméra qui ne retournait pas vers le personnage
