Something sinister

Added the flame which is mostly a teaser for the finished version. Adjusted health icons to match player, fixed z order inconsistencies, and added a bit of progression in player equipments.

This is as far as I go on this project for now. I would like to finish it some time later but it'll have to wait. 

Any feedback, especially about bugs/glitches is welcome!
